With the amazing growth of the San Tan Valley and the demand for another location out East, this new location wasn’t hard to choose. The Scarnato family brought Josh Carstens, who helped manage our former McHenry location, out West as the Owner/Operator of this location. San Tan Valley features a stunning Full-Service Bar, 12 beers on tap, an open dining room, plus outdoor seating. Josh went to great lengths to bring the beauty of Northern Arizona to the Valley. In the restaurant, you will see pine wood from a decommissioned barn along with other wood from the local shops up North.

Josh Carstens

Beginning his journey with the Scarnato family back in 2010 with our former brand Buddyz, Josh has over a decade of experience managing restaurants. In his role as Owner/Operator he has been able to bring his talents to the forefront of the San Tan Valley location.

Caleb Williams

At just 17 years old Caleb started on as a line cook in our Queen Creek location in 2014. Today he is a partner in the San Tan Valley location and has been an integral piece of our brand's growth as he has helped to open three locations here in the valley.
