Job Description
- Knowledge and ability to open and close days while guiding staff
- Understanding of restaurant cleaning standards throughout kitchen and maintaining those standards
- Ability to check deliveries and report to Kitchen Manager if there are any issues
- Assure that each item is cooked to restaurant standards and guests specifications
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Evening and weekends a must
- Ability to manage kitchen during weekdays when kitchen manager is off
- Communicate with staff and managers well to keep standards high
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff
- Assume responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timelines of products
Compensation
$19.00 - $24.00 hourly based off experience
