Knowledge and ability to open and close days while guiding staff
Understanding of restaurant cleaning standards throughout kitchen and maintaining those standards
Ability to check deliveries and report to Kitchen Manager if there are any issues
Assure that each item is cooked to restaurant standards and guests specifications
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Evening and weekends a must
Ability to manage kitchen during weekdays when kitchen manager is off
Communicate with staff and managers well to keep standards high
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff
Assume responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timelines of products
Compensation
$19.00 - $24.00 hourly based off experience
